Holtzman has been DSS's primary Action Officer regarding DoD's requirements
for OPM on the e-QIP project.
Jay has been with the EPSQ project since July 1997, in the Information Technology and Communications Division of the Defense Security Service (DSS). He has served as Project Manager since October 2001. Since the Windows version of EPSQ was deployed in December 1997, over 2.5 million successfully transmitted EPSQs have been received by DSS. Jay recently
celebrated his 21st Anniversary with DSS. Prior to working with EPSQ,
he spent 14 ½ years as a DSS Case Analyst, and he is a 1981
graduate of Western Maryland College. |
