Sonny is the Manager, Ingternational Business Development, the Export/Import Compliance Officer (EICO), and empowered official for Lockheed-Martin, Dallas, TX. He served 20 years in the U.S. Army and his field of expertise was Field Artillery, Research and Development. Sonny has fifteen years with Lockheed-Martin and four years as EICO. He currently manages over 200 export/TAA/MLA licenses.
