Phyllis Riddle

Phyllis Riddle is the Defense Security Service (DSS) Information Systems Security Professional (ISSP) for Texas and Oklahoma. Her office is located in Irving, TX.

Prior to her ISSP assignment she was the DSS Central Region Automated Information Systems Specialist and before that the Investigative Technician for the Fort Worth Field Office. She has been with DSS since 1990. Ms Riddle has been a civil service employee since 1976 and held positions with the U.S. Air Force, Army, Veteran Affairs and Air Force Office of Special Investigations. She has thirteen years of service working at various locations in Germany. She has a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management and an Associates degree in Paralegal Studies from the University of Maryland (European Division).

Ms Riddle earned her certification as a Certified Novell Engineer in 1999 and Microsoft Certified Professional Systems Engineer and Microsoft Certified Professional plus Internet in 2000. She is an active member of the National Classification Management Society.
