Chad Stoker

 

Chad Stoker will present the workshop: Changes Effecting the Facility Clearance Process

Chad Stoker is originally from Kansas City, Kansas. After studying Music Education at the University of Missouri at Kansas City, he joined the Air Force in 1994. Soon after, he graduated from the Security Police Academy as an honor graduate and served as a Security Policeman until 1998. His experience and training were in the areas of air base ground defense, nuclear security, Air Force priority resource protection, and the Air Force Arms, Ammunition, and Explosives program.

In 1998 he graduated with honors from Wayland Baptist University with a Bachelors Degree in Human Services, specializing in Criminal Justice; and in 2003, Chad graduated with a Masters of Arts in Organizational Management degree from the University of Phoenix.

He joined the ranks of the Defense Security Service as an Industrial Security Representative in 1998 and has held positions with the agency in California, Texas, and now in Columbus, OH. Chad is currently the Chief of the Facility Clearance Division at the Defense Industrial Security Clearance Office (DISCO). He resides in the Columbus area with his wife of ten years, Melody; his three daughters, Brianna (7), Charla (4), and Christa (1); and his son, Owen (6).
