Joe Weller

Joe will present the workshop: UL Alarms

Joe started at Underwriter's Laboratories Inc. Feb. 17 1981 as a Technical Correspondent right after College and a three year active duty tour in the Army Signal Corps. Became a Fire and Security inspector a year later. He worked in the development of UL2050 National Industrial Security Systems 1993 and is the midwest UL representative in this category.

He is a Lieutenant Colonel in the Illinois Army National Guard and currently serves as the automation officer for the United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) at the State of Illinois Headquarters, Springfield,ILL. He currently has 24 year's in total military service time. His most current command position was Battalion Commander 133RD Signal Battalion (1998-2002).
