OBJECTIVE
The
objective of JPAS is very simple:
• To develop one automated system capable of
maintaining all
collateral and SCI security clearance and
adjudication information
for all contractor and employees of the DoD.
• JPAS is designed to be a centralized record
keeping function
that will allow many of the processes we now use to become automated, on-line, with near-real time
clearance data
available to the industrial security managers.
